What are Hoomline floors?
At Hoomline flooring we have several options. For example, there are very beautiful PVC floors available in various colors and structures, but we also have the laminate floor from Hoomline. Which choice you make depends not only on your own wishes, but also on the space where you want to lay a new floor. For example, if this concerns a wet room such as the bathroom, it is better to choose PVC as well as laminate, because PVC is water resistant. PVC is also better in an apartment due to its sound-absorbing effect. However, a laminate floor has a much more woody look and fits especially nicely with a classic interior.
We have the PVC floors in 2 laying variants. The Dryback and the click PVC variant. The Dryback variant must be glued to the surface, the click variant is clicked together, just like laminate.
Hoomline laminate flooring
When you choose a new laminate floor in your home, the possibilities are also endless. How about the Hoomline Laminate Elite Classic V4? A beautiful floor with a warm appearance. The top layer is provided with a pressed command. As a result, water does not soak into the laminate but remains neatly on it. The floor is therefore easy to maintain, because mopping is no problem.
All our Hoomline laminate floors have a good wood structure and can therefore be endlessly combined with various living styles. Of course we also supply the matching skirting boards, so you can finish the floor immediately and are immediately ready for the move!
The advantages of a Hoomline floor
When we talk about the advantages, we actually have to take a closer look at 2 different floors. The first are of course the well-known Hoomline PVC floors. These floors have unprecedented advantages and we can't stop talking about them. Think of the water resistance of these floors, so that not only maintenance, read mopping, is no problem, but the floor can also be used in damp rooms and even in the bathroom. Can you picture it? A wood-look floor in the bathroom? With the PVC floors from Hoomline it is possible! The floors are also sound-absorbing and can be used in combination with underfloor heating.
If we look at the Hoomline laminate floors, we certainly see advantages. This makes the floors maintenance-friendly. Tampered with? You can remove stains quickly and easily with a wet cloth. The Hoomline laminate floors are provided with a top layer so that water remains on the floor and does not absorb.
Due to the many colors, the Hoomline floor can be used in many interiors. From a living room to office building and from a bedroom to hall. You can think of it, there is always the right floor available. The floor can also be easily laid. Make sure you have a good subfloor and possibly get informed by an expert. The longer you enjoy your new floor.
Maintenance of the Hoomline PVC floors
A Hoomline PVC floor is easy to maintain. Because the top layer is provided with a scratch-fixed top layer, you can easily remove the broom or vacuum cleaner over the floor. Do you want to mop the floor wet afterwards? These floors can withstand water just fine, so that's no problem. Scrubbing, scrubbing, it's all possible without fear of wet floors or scratches.
Laying a PVC floor from Hoomline
Okay, you've chosen a new floor, but now you want to have it installed as soon as possible. Can you do that yourself? Yes, in itself you can do that yourself. First ask an expert what the best options are for you and if you have doubts, have the floor laid by an expert. They do this daily and have therefore expertly laid your floor in no time. You can have this done, for example, by our Solza laying service.
When you are going to lay a PVC floor, it is advisable to always ensure that the subfloor is as smooth as possible. There are several options for this. Which one suits you depends on the situation of your floor. For paste PVC, preference is generally given to a surface that is levelled with egaline.
After the subsoil you can start laying. Hoomline PVC floors are available in 2 laying variants. First of all, we have the Dryback PVC. You have to glue this floor to the surface. You will then get a solid floor, but if you plan to move again soon, removing the floor and taking it with you can be very difficult. As a second solution, we then have the Click floor. These PVC strips are clicked together like goods, just like laminate. The advantage of this floor is that it is loose and can be taken with you faster when moving.
Laying a Laminate floor from Hoomline
You can also lay a Hoomline laminate floor separately by using the click system. You lay the floor floating on the subfloor. The disadvantage of laminate is that you always have to finish it with a plinth, because you have to lay the floor slightly off the wall. The new click technology makes it possible to lay the floor quickly, even in difficult places.
How to choose a new Hoomline floor
Choosing a new floor is not something you do every day. And if all goes well, you can also do a floor for a very long time and it is therefore important to make a good choice.
