It may be that your bathroom needs a refresh, or that you move into a new house where the bathroom is not entirely to your liking. The first thing you think of is renovating, but renovating costs a lot of money and is not always possible. For example, in a rental house this can sometimes be a problem. Fortunately, Solza has the solution! PVC bathroom floors that can be used in almost every bathroom. Fast and beautiful result, without chopping and breaking.
Resistant to water
The PVC floors bathroom are very resistant to water. Therefore, it is not only convenient with mopping, but they can also be used in wet areas such as the kitchen and even the bathroom. This way you can quickly and easily create a completely different floor.
Various patterns
The PVC floors bathroom come with various patterns. For example, there is a PVC floor bathroom that has the motif of granite. Very chic in the bathroom. However, almost most floors have a wood structure. From light to dark, so always something that suits your interior. By using one of the PVC floor bathrooms you create a wood-like floor in the bathroom, but with all the advantages of a PVC floor. In addition, you can also choose from a PVC tile floor for the bathroom.
Advantages of the PVC floor
When you use a PVC floor, this has some advantages over another floor covering. First of all, PVC is well intended against water and can therefore be used in more rooms than, for example, a wooden floor or carpet. PVC bathroom floors also have a dampening effect. Would you like underfloor heating in the bathroom? No problem, you just put the PVC floor over it. The PVC floors bathroom also have a scratch-fixed top layer, so that damage is often prevented. A PVC floor is easy to maintain because it is water resistant and scratch resistant. Vacuuming and mopping is therefore no problem at all.
Laying the PVC floor bathroom
A reason to choose a PVC bathroom floor may be that you would like to have a new floor, for example that fits better with your new bathroom furniture, but you do not feel like cutting out all the tiles. Then the PVC floors bathroom are ideal. You can just lay it over the existing tiles. However, you must ensure an even subfloor. This doesn't have to be too thick. Just make sure you use the correct subfloor. If necessary, seek advice from an expert. We at Solza are of course happy to help you with advice.
Finishing of the floor
For a nice finish of the floor, we advise you to seal the edges. This way you no longer need a plinth and you prevent water from running under the floor at the edges. Silicone sealant is the best sealant to use for this.
PVC tiles for the bathroom
In addition to the PVC strips that you can use in the bathroom, we at Solza also have PVC tiles in our range. These are also strips, but with the motif of a tile. When the floor finally lays down, it looks like you have laid a completely new tile floor in it. The PVC tiles bathroom are also quick and easy to install. This collection is the so-called Dryback collection, which we do recommend gluing to the surface. Just like for the other PVC floors bathroom, the advice here is to finish the edges neatly with silicone sealant. Not only for visibility but also for a longer preservation of your floor.
